How to Begin with Us
Packages and Pricing
Step One: Consultation
Packages
Our consultations are a way for us to begin to get to know our students. We always offer free one hour consultations for anyone who would like to learn more about our services. Consultations allow us to advise parents on what services would be best for their child. Wewant to know what their struggles are and what your needs as a parent are. We will set goals with the student and have a short demonstration of the programs you are interested in with your child. Consultations are meant to be a time for us to show you how we can help, so please call today so we can begin answering your questions.
Step Two: Developing your program
After meeting with your family and answering any questions you have we will give you some time to make your decisions about what services you want, how often, and how long you would like sessions for and more. Once you have decided to work with Neuro-Centrum we will discuss a training schedule and if you choose to create your own package we will help you in the decision making process.
Step Three: Implementing your program
You should be very excited once we have decided where to meet and when all that is left is for us to begin. Your child will now be able to use a system that no one else in the Pensacola area is offering to improve their attention, memory, and behavior. The tutor assigned to your student will always contact you if he or she needs to cancel within five hours of the session and we ask the same from our students and their families.
Leap Ahead Package
The Leap Ahead package is our ultimate package and is the most effective for helping your child succeed. The Leap Ahead package includes 4 hours of tutoring each week including PlayAttention, BrainWare SAFARI, BrainBeat and Academic tutoring services. Sessions are split into two two-hour sessions. The leap ahead package is our best package because students are able to train many cognitive skills and catch up academically. The Leap Ahead Package allows your child improve dramatically in the shortest amount of time. The Leap Ahead Package is $300 per week. There is a $150 deposit due before receiving any services. The deposit covers your child's BrainWare SAFARI license. Once you student has completed their BrainWare SAFARI program (12-14 weeks with their tutor) you will be able to download BrainWare SAFARI onto your home computer for your child to continue to use as often as they would like.
Attention Package
If your child needs help, but you feel they would be proficient academically if they could focus this is the package for you. In this package you receive PlayAttention and BrainBeat services. Each session will last one hour, with two sessions per week. The cost for the Attention Package is $100 each week. There is a $50 deposit for the Attention Package.
Cognitive Skills Package
The Cognitive Skills package is for students who are missing concepts in school and need to catch up academically while improving their cognitive skills. This package includes two hours of tutoring each week and includes BrainWare SAFARI and academic tutoring. The Cognitive Skills Package is $100 per week and there is a $150 deposit. The deposit covers your child's BrainWare SAFARI license. After 12-14 weeks of cognitive training from BrainWare SAFARI you will be able to download your child's BrainWare SAFARI profile so that they can continue playing the games.
*Deposits are non-refundable and serves as your commitment to the program and purchases any licenses or materials your child may need for the program.
If parents would like to create their own package we can accommodate and charge based on which service(s) you request.
When choosing any individualized package that includes two or more services we offer a discount.
Standardized Test Prep
We can help prepare your child for tests such as the ACT and SAT, as well as any other college entrance exams they need assistance with. Tutoring for standardized test prep is $45 an hour or $80 for two hours a week. Two-hour packages can be at one time or split into two separate hours of tutoring per week. There is a $30 deposit for workbooks and other materials needed. We can help your child prepare by focusing on their weak areas, teaching them test taking techniques, and offering instruction for questions they are not able to answer, or as we often see with mathematics, cannot remember how to answer.
Individualized Packages
We strive to be very flexible and allow parents to build a package that works for them. We allow you to choose the services you need.
Any package that included BrainWare SAFARI requires $100 deposit, the deposit pays for your child's license. After the completion of the 12-14 weeks of BrainWare SAFARI with their coach your child will be able to download their profile onto your home computer. Your child will be able to continue to play BrainWare SAFARI as long as they would like to.
Any package that includes academic tutoring requires a $50 deposit for books, workbooks, and any other materials needed.
Tutoring charges for each service individually:
Academic Tutoring (per hour): $30 and $50 deposit at the start of the program.
Play Attention (requires two 45 minute sessions): $100
BrainWare SAFARI (two one hour sessions): $100 and a $100 deposit at the start of the program.
BrainBeat (two twenty minute sessions):$50 a week
Summer Learning Programs
Neuro-Centrum is open all year long, because we understand that learning never stops. During the summer months from May-August we continue to offer our programs with special pricing. Call to schedule a consultation and to hear about pricing. Our programs are suggestions, and we are willing to work with a parent to create a customized learning program.
